Tuition

TUITION IS DUE ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH. AFTER THE 5TH, A LATE FEE OF $15 IS APPLIED TO FAMILY ACCOUNT. IF NOT PAID BY THE 15TH, FAMILY ACCOUNT AND CLASSES ARE SUSPENDED UNTIL BALANCE AND A RE-REGISTRATION FEE IS PAID IN FULL. If you wish to cancel classes, a 30 day notice is required. If less than 30 days is given, you are still responsible for the current/upcoming monthly tuition payment. Accounts with outstanding balances will be sent to collections after 60 days. 

There is annual $25 registration fee per student regardless of class enrollment, which includes tights and a leotard for dance classes, a biketard for acro tumbling, and a binder with paper for drum lessons. Additional classes may be added to base classes for an additional monthly fee. *Tuition can be paid monthly or paid in full at the beginning of each semester (Fall and Spring) for a 10% overall discount.

A 10% discount for each additional student from the same family will be applied to tuition only. Families may get an additional 10% discount by paying for a full semester’s class tuition prior to the semester beginning. There is a max of a $50 registration fee per family with 2 or more students.

Tuition is based on annual cost (August-May) and broken into monthly payments. When enrolling, you are committing to the full year of classes from August through May. We will have a Gallery Night for Art classes, Dance Recital for Acro Tumbling and all dance classes, as well as a play production for Curtain Up all held in May as the conclusion to our year. 

Dance & Acro Tumbling Add-on Classes: 

Any class can be added as a 2nd or 3rd class for $25/mo per additional class.

Costume Fee:

There is an $80 costume fee per student for one class. If your student takes more than one class, there is an additional $45 costume charge. Costume Fee Due Date: March 30th

Private Music Lessons:

Half hour private lessons are recommended for students 10 and under for Voice, Piano, Drums, and Guitar. Full hour private lessons are recommended for students 11+.

Drums- half hour lessons are $1,500/annually or $150/mo. Full hour lessons are $200/mo or $2,000/annually.

Piano/Voice- half hour lessons are $1,000/annually or $100/mo. Full hour lessons are $150/mo or $1,500/annually.

Art Classes:

Art classes run from August to May and concludes with a Gallery Night. Full season tuition is $1,000. Tuition may be paid in full or can be broken up into 2-4 semesterly or quarterly installments. This includes instruction, lesson plans, art history, and all supplies. Tuition may be paid in full or can be broken up into installments.

Curtain Up Theatre Program: 

Curtain Up is a full semester commitment and concludes in a production. Annual tuition is $1,200 and can be paid in full at the beginning of the semester or monthly payments of $120/mo can be made through the Parent Portal. Curtain Up includes back to back weekly classes; Voice, and Acting.

Because we are a nonprofit and want the arts to be accessible to everyone, there are income based tuition plans available for students 10+. Most recent tax returns and a student audition is required. Families on the income based tuition plan must commit to the full year and may be responsible for payments if classes are cancelled prior to May. Please contact us for more information. The Arts Alliance only accepts a certain number of income based tuition students per year.
